毕贵军,博士,现任新加坡科学技术研究局新加坡制造技术研究院高级科学家,连接与机械加工研究组主任。2004年获得德国亚琛工业大学弗劳恩霍夫激光技术研究所博士学位,曾在罗尔斯·罗伊斯技术中心从事博士后研究4年。主要从事激光增材制造、激光再制造、激光表面改性、增材制造新材料技术顿号激光加工数值模拟和增材减材混合制造研究。主持新加坡A*STAR Aerospace Programme等研发项目多项,发表学术论文80余篇,授权国际专利4项
报告摘要:
Layer by layer Additive Manufacturing (AM) or 3D Printing of metallic materials has been growing very fast in recent year. With the AM processes complex 3D components can be produced with optimized design. It is a good complementary to the traditional manufacturing processes and shows huge potentials in niche industrial applications in marine, offshore, oil & gas, aerospace, medical devices, automotive petrochemical, etc. The group of metal AM technologies require continuous R&D in materials, software, hardware and processes. In this talk, state of the art of the key metal AM technologies will be introduced. Challenges of metal additive manufacturing will be discussed. Advances of the technologies in material development, process simulation, intelligence of the AM systems, machine learning assisted process development and hybrid processes will be highlighted. Future trends of R&D in metal 3D Printing and cases of industry applications will be introduced.
